The health of our residents is our highest priority. We ask all visitors to honor the following health-related requirements:
If you have recently tested positive for a communicable illness or have been exposed to one, please contact us before visiting so we can work out an alternative way to stay in touch with your loved one.
Children: Children are welcome at Constantine Assisted Living and their visits often bring tremendous joy to our residents. We ask that children be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times and that their activity levels remain appropriate for the setting.
Pets: Approved therapy animals or small, well-behaved pets may visit with advance approval from our administration. All visiting animals must be current on vaccinations and documentation may be requested. Please contact us at least 48 hours before bringing an animal to the facility.

We understand that life brings exceptional moments — including end-of-life situations, medical events, or other urgent family needs. In such circumstances, our standard visitation hours may be extended or modified. Please contact our administrative team directly to discuss your situation confidentially.
