"My mission is rooted in providing high-quality, personalized care while creating a warm, family-like atmosphere for every resident at Constantine Assisted Living."
Amanda Hubbard is the Administrator and founder behind Constantine Assisted Living, bringing both professional expertise and personal passion to the care of others. Originally from Michigan, Amanda moved to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in 1999 and has proudly called the Bradenton area home ever since.
She has an extensive background in behavioral health and currently operates a successful organization in Bradenton alongside Constantine, serving individuals in need of structured, compassionate support.
Amanda’s journey into assisted living is deeply personal. Growing up, she witnessed her grandfather live with Parkinson’s disease, which gave her early insight into the importance of patient, attentive care. In 2024, her mother was diagnosed with cancer. Watching her fight — and ultimately overcome — the disease, along with seeing the impact of her mother’s home health company, inspired Amanda to pursue a path in assisted living.
She became especially passionate about creating smaller, more intimate environments where residents can feel truly seen, supported, and at home. That vision became Constantine Assisted Living, which opened its doors in March 2026.
As a wife and mother to her four-year-old daughter, Amanda understands the importance of family, trust, and peace of mind when it comes to caring for loved ones. She brings that same dedication to every resident and family she serves at Constantine. Outside of her work, she enjoys weight training and exploring new restaurants throughout the Bradenton area.

Every resident deserves to maintain their sense of self. We support daily activities in ways that empower rather than diminish.

No two residents are alike. Every care plan is crafted individually, evolving alongside each person's changing needs.

We keep families informed and involved. Peace of mind comes from knowing your loved one is genuinely cared for.
